SAP AP AR Support Consultant

: Baer is looking for SAP AP AR Support Consultant for a 9+ month Remote project. Title: SAP AP AR Support Consultant Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 9 months Rate: All-Inclusive Alignment: W2 Only (C2C Not Permitted) Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational and strategic reporting requirements.
• Establish clear reporting parameters to effectively communicate key information at both operational and strategic levels.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Develop and maintain metrics related to AP and AR functions.
• Utilize SAP and other relevant systems to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop routine reports to track AP and AR performance metrics on a regular basis.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management to address specific inquiries or concerns.
• Format reports using Excel, ensuring clarity and visual appeal.
• Evaluate existing data sources against reporting requirements.
• Identify gaps between current data capabilities and reporting needs.
• Produce a comprehensive gap analysis report outlining data capture requirements to bridge existing gaps.
• Establish consistent data terminology, including definitions and classifications, to ensure clarity and accuracy in reporting.
• Define standardized date ranges and formats to facilitate consistent reporting practices.
• Develop guidelines for maintaining data integrity and quality across reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in SAP AP and AR modules, with a strong understanding of reporting functionalities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, particularly in Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
