Job Description:

At Regions a Income Property Finance(IPF) Relationship Managers core mission is to identify win and grow relationships with professional real estate developers and order to best serve Regions clients the IPF Relationship Manager should expect monthly contact with clients and perspective clients. These engagements should focus on client strategies as well as their project performance and financing needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of debt and deposit services

• Establish sales plans for new and existing clients including cross-selling of Regions various products and services

• Focus on client servicing and portfolio administration

This position is incentive eligible.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of commercial real estate banking experience preferred

• College degree required preferably in Real Estate Finance or Economics

The VP or SVP Relationship Manager will have a well-established customer network and in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta and State of Georgia Commercial Real Estate Markets.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Incentive Pay Plans:

This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
