Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment planning for an outpatient population, aligning goals with patients’ function and independence
- Implement individualized therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, upper-extremity function, balance, cognition, and mobility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and specialty services to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and participate in discharge planning and patient/family education
- Demonstrate safe, effective, evidence-based practice and adhere to department policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Requirements
- 15–18 months of recent OT experience within the assigned specialty
- BLS certification per American Heart Association required
- Lymphedema certification preferred
- Outpatient rehabilitation setting experience with ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 06/01/2026; typical hours 8:00 a.m. to approximately 6:15 p.m., Monday–Friday; hours may vary
- Ability to work in the described outpatient department and comply with applicable regulations and facility policies
