Title Processing Specialist – Macon, GA
Salary: $17.81 per hour / $37,133 annually

• Earn a 10% differential incentive for applicable evening shifts
• No weekend or holiday schedule requirements

At GEICO, our associates are the heart of the company. We’re looking for Title Processing Specialists for our Macon office who are compassionate, empathic, and have a passion for customer service. We’re seeking outstanding associates who want to kickstart a fulfilling career with one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the U.S.

As a Title Processing Specialist , you are there when it counts: assisting policyholders in all 50 states after their vehicles have been claimed as total losses. Accidents and natural disasters are traumatic experiences, and it takes a special person to assist our customers during these situations. Through our paid, industry-leading you'll learn how to ensure a smooth insurance claims handling process by taking initial loss reports, completing necessary paperwork and issuing payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience
• Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
