Estamos buscando un Asistente de Cuidado Personal para unirse a nuestro equipo. Las responsabilidades incluyen asistencia con necesidades de higiene, tareas ligeras del hogar y mandados, administracin de medicamentos y otras tareas que mejoren el entorno y los estndares de vida del cliente. El candidato ideal es paciente, compasivo y confiable. Responsabilidades:
Asistir con las necesidades de higiene personal y vestimenta; ayudar con la movilidad, caminatas y ejercicios de fisioterapia; preparar comidas y refrigerios; realizar tareas ligeras de limpieza; administrar medicamentos; brindar compaa; ayudar con mandados y compras. Calificaciones:
Experiencia previa como Cuidador(a), Asistente de Salud en el Hogar u otro rol similar es preferida, pero no obligatoria; licencia de conducir vlida y transporte confiable; conocimiento de tareas bsicas del hogar y habilidades de cocina; capacidad para cumplir con todas las normas de salud y seguridad; excelentes habilidades de comunicacin e interpersonales; capacidad para levantar objetos pesados; ser compasivo(a), respetuoso(a) y con principios ticos.
