We are seeking a skilled and licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, dedicated to client education, and committed to providing exceptional services that enhance both appearance and confidence. This role involves performing a wide range of professional treatments, recommending homecare regimens, and building lasting client relationships.

• Perform professional esthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, lash and brow services, and other advanced skincare treatments (based on certifications and training).

• Consult with clients to assess skincare needs, concerns, and goals; create customized treatment plans.

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products.

• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment space in compliance with state board regulations and salon protocols.

• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and rebooking strategies.

• Meet or exceed personal and team service/retail goals.

• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities.

• Uphold professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service at all times.
