A dynamic partner hospital group is seeking a highly skilled veterinarian to serve as a Multi-Site Medical Director, supporting three hospitals in the South Georgia region. This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate, leadership-minded DVM ready to make a significant impact on veterinary care, team development, and hospital operations.

This role blends clinical work with strategic leadership. Whether you're:

• An Associate Veterinarian looking to expand into leadership, or

• An experienced DVM seeking greater regional influence and mentorship opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Champion Clinical Excellence

• Dedicate 75100% of your time to patient care and client interactions

• Build your own clientele while performing high-quality procedures

• Support new grads with real-time mentorship , especially in surgery & dentistry

• Lead clinical process improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction

Foster a Positive Veterinary Culture

• Promote a supportive and inclusive environment

• Partner with the Regional Director to align hospital goals and initiatives

• Assist the Talent Relations team in recruiting top veterinary talent

• Provide career guidance and coaching to new DVMs

Drive Operational Success

• Evaluate and improve hospital flow and efficiency

• Collaborate on staffing solutions and resource allocation

• Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and support budgeting processes

Ensure Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Conduct regular hospital quality inspections

• Ensure adherence to DEA, medical, and safety regulations

What Youll Bring

• DVM or equivalent degree

• Active veterinary license in the applicable state(s)

• 35 years of clinical veterinary experience

• DEA registration (if required)

• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and leadership abilities

• Willingness to travel within the South Georgia region ( travel costs covered )

Schedule & Time Allocation

• 4-day work week

• 75100% of your time in-clinic

• Balance remaining time with hiring, mentoring, compliance, and admin tasks

• Regional travel is expected and supported
