Required Qualifications:

• Compliance with TB testing as per district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain necessary clearances prior to starting work

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not required
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented approach
