We are currently on the lookout for a creative and inspiring Bartender to be a part of our bartending team at our Ponce City Market location within Scout Living.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Experienced, charismatic Bartender to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT YOU:
•You have a passion for food and beverage and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

•A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

•Hotel Operational experience is a plus.

*You have advanced knowledge of mixology and beverage operations, are a strong leader, and have a proven record of engaging guests and team members while achieving financial success.

•You excel in both verbal and written communication.

•You are adaptable and willing to meet the demands of a full-time operation.

Requirements/Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Ensuring high performance and consistency

*Craft and serve innovative cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

*Manage bar inventory

*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

*Train new bartenders and support ongoing team development

*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

*Collaborate with the management and culinary teams to update seasonal cocktail menus

*Deliver outstanding guest service and foster a welcoming bar environment

*Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
*2+ years of bartending experience

*Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques

*Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

*Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

*Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

*Current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
