Role Overview

As the Chief Digital Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiatives. This visionary leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can lead the development and execution of digital strategies aligned with our company’s overall goals and objectives.

• Experience through multiple complete product development cycles.
• Ability to gain a quick understanding of business needs.
• Strong evidence of problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate technical concepts in business terminology.
• Work closely with the client, product management and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends (AI, cloud, IoT, etc.).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
