Part-Time Assistant Soccer Coach (Weekend Support)

We are looking for energetic individuals to assist our Lead Coaches during game days, ensuring every child stays engaged, active, and inspired through soccer. We offer on-the-job training, flexible weekend-heavy schedules, and great incentive programs.

THE POSITION:

We are looking for a fun-loving Assistant Soccer Coach to provide vital support during our weekend games and classes. In this role, you won't just be on the sidelines—you’ll be the "special buddy" and motivator who ensures no child is left behind.

Our ideal candidate would enjoys working with children. This position will work weekends for 1-4 hours each weekend and can earn from $18.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Game-Day Support: Assist the Lead Coach with equipment setup, player check-ins, and managing transitions between activities.
• Individualized Attention: Work one-on-one with children who need extra encouragement or a "buddy" to help them participate.
• Positive Reinforcement: Cheer on the athletes, celebrate their small wins, and maintain a high-energy, stress-free environment.
• Safety & Engagement: Help monitor the bench and field area to ensure all children are safe, focused, and having a blast.
• Continuous Learning: Follow the Soccer Stars Coaching Manual and stay open to feedback and training to grow your coaching skills.

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

• Pay: Starting from $18.00 per hour .
• Hours: 1–4 hours per week (Primary availability needed on Saturdays ).
• Travel: Classes are held at local schools and parks; candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 45 mins to locations.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, patient, and enjoys working with young children.
• Prior experience as a camp counselor, teacher’s aide, or youth leader is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual (especially for game-day starts!).
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
