We will be relocating to Buford GA. in the very near future. The company's mission is to help small businesses grow and prosper by offering a range of services, products, and solutions to better manage their finances.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant - QBO. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, communicating effectively with team members and clients, and utilizing clerical skills to support operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is beneficial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
