Job Description:-

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise ETL solutions. Beyond development, you ll shape data architecture, governance, and strategy, mentor junior developers, and ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. You will work with SQL Server, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Parquet files, ksql, and enterprise data lakefronts to build modern, cloud-ready ETL pipelines that drive business insights. All work must comply with HIPAA regulations for PHI security and privacy.

Key Responsibilities ETL Development & Architecture:-

• Lead design and development of complex, scalable ETL frameworks supporting SQL Server, ADF, Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Build reusable, high-performance ETL processes integrating diverse data sources, including Parquet files and streaming data via ksql.
• Contribute to enterprise lakefront and cloud BI strategies, evaluating ETL tools, automation, and pipeline optimization.

Data Quality & Governance:-

• Implement advanced QA, validation, and data quality processes to ensure integrity and reliability.
• Ensure all ETL processes meet HIPAA and enterprise data governance standards.
• Collaborate with architects, compliance, and business teams to define and enforce security, quality, and compliance standards.

Leadership & Mentorship:-

• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and overseeing code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ETL and data challenges, recommending proactive solutions.
• Document ETL architecture, workflows, dependencies, and transformations for enterprise reference.

Required Qualifications Education & Experience:-

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in SQL Server ETL development, including large-scale enterprise data warehouses and platforms.
• Experience with application/business analysis techniques and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Expertise:-

• ETL Tools: SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Cloud Platforms: Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake
• Databases & SQL: SQL Server, T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, views, indexing, optimization)
• Data Formats & Streaming: Parquet files, ksql
• Enterprise Platforms: Data lakefront architectures, enterprise data warehouses
• Governance & Compliance: Data governance, master data management, enterprise data quality frameworks, HIPAA compliance
• Monitoring & Diagnostics: Performance and troubleshooting tools

Soft Skills:-

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team and executive-level presentations
• Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills:-

• Knowledge of CRM systems and call center data processes
• Expertise in dynamic ETL frameworks and automating data workflows
• Experience in the HealthCare / Health IT domain
