Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Own daily operations, service levels, and escalations across group policy administration.
- Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, billing, and customer service teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, financial accuracy, and risk mitigation.
- Build trusted relationships with brokers, plan administrators, and internal stakeholders.
- 3 years leading insurance operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- Proven people leader: calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable
- Experience coaching teams and improving processes in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Visible leadership role with real operational impact.
