Maintenance Supervisor – Atlanta, GA 30014

Pay: $25/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Atlanta, GA (30014). This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent service‑request management, and the ability to guide a maintenance team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of all service requests
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance
• Manage unit turns, make‑ready schedules, and preventative maintenance programs
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
• Communicate effectively with residents and property management
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• EPA Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Lead Maintenance or Maintenance Supervisor experience
• Strong troubleshooting and service‑request experience
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
