The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND .

Your Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Student - PVV Lab Test Engineer for JD Commercial Products located in Grovetown, GA, you will:

• Assist lab test engineers with test setups.
• Assist with engineering processes.
• Assist lab mechanics with mechanic work.
• Must be able to commute to the work location on a daily basis.

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

• Pursuing a technical degree or engineering degree in a related STEM field.
• Ability to work 16-20 hours per week during the academic year
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during the summer semester
• Ability to commute to Grovetown, GA on a daily basis year round
• Familiarity with Microsoft office.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to learn new software, instrumentation, and processes and adapt quickly to using it.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Previous experience with CUT equipment.
• Experience with instrumentation, electronics, hydraulics, and engines.
