Rental Equipment Yard Associate / Driver
Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Rental Equipment Yard Associate / Driver to join our team. The primary goal of this role is to ensure exceptional customer service by quickly and safely handling the loading and unloading of rental equipment, performing local deliveries and pickups, and maintaining the readiness of our fleet during downtime. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a valid driver's license who is looking for consistent work with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Logistics: Efficiently and safely load and unload rental equipment for customers to ensure quick service turnarounds.
Delivery & Pickup: Operate company vehicles for the timely delivery and pickup of equipment at customer sites.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on equipment during downtime to ensure it is always ready for the next rental.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols during the handling, transporting, and maintenance of equipment.
Scheduling: Must be available to work on Saturdays .
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Experience with or knowledge of various rental equipment (e.g., small tools, machinery) is helpful, but we are willing to train.
Must be a hard-working, hands-on individual with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy equipment.
Willingness to work regular overtime.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Compensation will be determined based on experience.
Earning Potential: Includes regular overtime , performance bonuses , and paid holidays .
Schedule: Full-time hours, with required Saturday availability.
