Ideally, You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED.
Professional Development Units/Credits (preferred).
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a licensed child development center (minimum 6 months) is a plus.
Experience working with toddlers is desirable.
Fulfillment of minimum state standards and/or accreditation requirements.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A patient, nurturing, and caring approach, along with a genuine interest in the well-being and development of young children.
