As a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina, I built my career on hard work, growth, and community involvement. I opened my agency in November 2024 after spending eight and a half years as a team member for two different agentsexperience that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to building the right culture.

Our office proudly sponsors the Norcross High School Football team and I volunteer with the Norcross High School 3DE Program, supporting young entrepreneurs in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brady Bennett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, Korean or Hindi preferred.
