In a Bilingual Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery to meet production goals.
• Setting up equipment and adjusting machine settings as needed.
• Performing quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met.
• Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines.
• Identifying and reporting equipment issues or production concerns.
• Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
• Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.

What you’ll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required—we train!
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.

Pay:

• $14.00/hr – 1st Shift.
• $14.50/hr – 2nd Shift.
