Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
Beyond The Curb Landscaping is a rapidly expanding company in Atlanta, GA, seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader. This role is integral to our team, bringing our clients' visions of beautiful landscapes to life. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of two or more members
- Drive a company box truck
- Utilize company software for job management
- Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
- Operate and train others on equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Adapt to changes for peak efficiency
- Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, bed maintenance, and clean-ups
- Complete paperwork and information pertaining to job
- Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in landscaping
- Experience in supervising a team
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Willingness to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Compensation
Competitive pay range of $22 - $26/hr , with overtime pay for a 40 - 50 hour work week. Pay is distributed weekly every Thursday.
