Marketing Coordinator III
- Providing the production of professional level responses to RFPs, RFQs, presentations, and other marketing documents.
- Managing proposal process including working with technical staff to develop proposal milestones and maintain deadlines.
- Conducting presentation rehearsals for interview and capability presentations; developing and providing materials for the presentation meeting.
- Keeping marketing materials, resumes and project data up to date.
- Development of marketing collateral including project resumes, project profiles, and brochures.
- Providing graphic design support for proposals, presentations, and collateral materials.
- Monitoring and participating in lead tracking, pre-marketing activities, and client/competitor/industry research.
- Managing project photography.
- Mentoring junior-level staff.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
- 4-8 years of marketing experience, AEC industry preferred.
- Proficiency in latest versions of InDesign and other Adobe software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM programs preferred.
- Exceptional and demonstrated writing and editing skills a must.
- Ability to set and manage deadlines within a team; be a self-starter.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally.
