• Education Requirements: Valid nursing license in the state of Georgia
• Certifications Requirements:
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Preferred: AHA ACLS and PALS certifications
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in NICU or neonatal care
  • Experience with IV start procedures
  • Travel or contract nursing experience preferred
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work day and night shifts
  • Strong clinical skills in neonatal care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality neonatal patient care to newborns in the outpatient setting, ensuring safety and compliance with hospital protocols.
• Assist with IV starts and neonatal resuscitation procedures as required, maintaining sterile techniques and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Prepare and support families through education and updates about their newborn’s care and treatment procedures.
