Travel Electrophysiology Technologist Job

TLC Healthforce
Cumming, GA
Embark on a transformative journey as an Electrophysiology Technologist in the Georgia community of Cumming, where your expertise in cardiac electrophysiology will help patients regain rhythm, relief, and resilience. In this specialized role, you’ll work alongside world-class EP physicians and technicians to map electrical activity, assist in complex ablations, and ensure each patient experiences the safest, most precise care possible. Your hands-on precision, patient-centered communication, and commitment to excellence will shape outcomes for those facing arrhythmias, fainting episodes, and heart rhythm disturbances. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to amplify your impact in a setting that blends southern hospitality, state-of-the-art technology, and ongoing opportunities for professional growth. Georgia’s natural beauty and vibrant communities create an inspiring backdrop for your career, offering weekend escapes and outdoor adventures that recharge your energy and sharpen your focus. Georgia’s landscapes—from the Blue Ridge foothills to the scenic Golden Isles—invite you to explore hiking trails, charming towns, and coastal escapes that enhance work-life balance and well-being.

Location Benefits: Based in Cumming, GA, you’ll enjoy a thriving regional healthcare hub with access to leading EP labs and state-of-the-art mapping systems. The role provides the stability of guaranteed 40 hours per week and competitive weekly pay, while offering the flexibility to work across diverse sites within Georgia and, as part of travel assignments, across the U.S. You’ll benefit from a dynamic mix of community-focused hospitals and specialty centers, enabling you to refine your EP skills in a variety of patient populations. In addition, there is the allure of working near Atlanta’s cultural scene, and the chance to explore nearby natural wonders, whether you’re in the city or the foothills. For those who want the broader horizon, we’ll support travel to other locations nationwide, opening doors to new colleagues, new technologies, and new clinical challenges. The combination of steady, hands-on EP practice and the opportunity to discover different regions makes this assignment uniquely enriching.

Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Key responsibilities: In this role you will assist electrophysiology physicians during diagnostic studies and ablation procedures, set up and calibrate electrophysiology mapping equipment, acquire high-fidelity intracardiac signals, perform data capture and analysis, and help with patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure recovery. You’ll participate in electrophysiology studies, device interrogations, and voltage mapping, while maintaining sterile technique, accurate documentation, and meticulous equipment maintenance. You’ll support programming and testing of EP devices as needed and contribute to case debriefings with the team to optimize patient care.
- Professional growth: Expect structured opportunities for advancement within the EP specialty, including access to continuing education, credentialing support, and exposure to cutting-edge mapping platforms (such as CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia). You’ll have mentorship from seasoned EP physicians and technicians, with cross-training across EP lab suites to broaden your technical repertoire and leadership potential.
- Benefits and incentives: This travel assignment offers a competitive weekly pay range of $2,578–$2,743, with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide housing assistance to ease relocation and lodging during assignments, plus an incentive package that may include a sign-on or completion bonus and opportunities to extend the contract based on performance and staffing needs.
- Support and logistics: You’ll receive comprehensive, 24/7 support from a dedicated travel team. From travel coordination and housing logistics to clinical onboarding and on-site support, you’ll never navigate the journey alone. We prioritize a smooth transition between assignments and ongoing access to clinical resources, troubleshooting, and peer support, ensuring you can focus on delivering excellence at the bedside.

Company Values: Our organization is grounded in empowering its staff, prioritizing career advancement, and cultivating a supportive work environment where your expertise is respected and your professional goals are nurtured. We celebrate clinicians who continually refine their skills, mentor teammates, and contribute to a collaborative culture that places patient outcomes at the center of every decision. The company’s commitment to work-life balance, transparent communication, and ongoing investment in technology and education reflects a true partnership with our clinicians and teams.

Call to Action: If you’re ready to elevate your electrophysiology career, apply today for a role that values your contribution and invests in your professional development. Begin 02/09/2026, with assignment duration measured in weeks, and join a company that blends clinical excellence with genuine care for its people.
