Salary: $16-$17 Per hour

Customer service specialist are responsible for communicating with current and potential customers, scheduling, and creating positive experiences for customers. Job Purpose:Provide excellentcustomer service by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems;listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is not a remote position.
Duties:
- Provides outstanding customer service in the call center or front desk operations; Handles all inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette
- Attract potential customers when answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information; maintains strict confidentiality of financial and sensitive information
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all Window World products and services
Skills/Qualifications:
- One year of Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport buildingskills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Computer literacy (Google - Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets)
- Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- In-depth knowledge of a companys products and/or services
- Preferred ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
