Picker/Packer

Innvoke, LLC a nationally known print communication provider is hiring! We are seeking a Picker/Packer for our Woodstock, Georgia Label print facility.

Duties include:

• Fulfilling the needs of the day - we have a lot going on and being flexible is important.
• Picking orders for customers to ensure they receive the product they are excited to receive.
• Product packaging - picked and packed with care for our customers who expect nothing less.
• Operating the shrink tunnel and box-taping equipment - presentation is everything.
• Inventory and inventory control - materials and inventory are key to our operations.
• Desire and ability to learn processes and procedures.
• Inbound/Outbound shipping - counting, tracking and care is taken both when receiving and when shipping.
• Warehouse cleaning - cleaning is everyone's job, from taking out the trash, to providing materials to our press operators, you are there to ensure we keep things in motion.
• Problem-solving - you find the best way, every day.
• Taking pride in your work - your work is your personal signature and you want it to count.

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Flexible - serving as the "Swiss Army Knife" who can do what is needed to make the day run smoothly.
• Ability to follow picking orders.
• Can bend, lift, and stretch to reach labels on the shelves for packaging.
• Excellent individual contributor who strengthens the team by being an awesome team player.
• Hardworking and dependable.
• Dedicated team member - completing your work and helping when others need assistance as well.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• One year of warehouse or production experience.
• Must be neat, with keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy at all times.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Must be able to complete a background check and drug screening successfully.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work as scheduled.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Occasional weekend work may be required. Full-time employees enjoy benefits that begin upon the end of the trial period, including health insurance, company-paid holidays, 401(k), and PTO.
