Title: Hybrid Credit and Collections Specialist II Pay Rate Range : $24/hr. DOE Employment Type: Contract Estimated End Date: August 2026 Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday (Hybrid currently onsite Wednesdays) Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 Job Code: 1433878 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and Credit and Collections Specialist II to work hybrid with our client, a top-tier global automotive company. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong customer service mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage collections while preserving relationships. You'll be responsible for tracking, managing, and resolving outstanding payments across multiple accounts, collaborating with internal finance and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation. Responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure accounts are current and payments are received Monitor customer credit status and coordinate with credit specialists on risk assessments Research and reconcile account histories, process adjustments, and apply electronic payments Respond to internal/external billing inquiries and resolve payment disputes Review aging reports and AR metrics, presenting findings to management and customers Escalate unresolved issues to credit managers Support compliance by maintaining accurate records and documentation Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as assigned Must-Have Qualifications: ~2 3 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable ~ Strong verbal and written communication skills ~ Proven decision-making ability and conflict resolution skills ~ High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word ~ Strong organizational skills and time management ~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment ~ Currently expected to work onsite one day per week (Wednesdays) ; subject to change Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) Background in the automotive or logistics industry a plus We need hard-working, reliable employees.
