Location: Covington, GA 30014
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm

Overview

We are hiring for a Customer Care Rep opportunity in Covington, Georgia . This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service, order processing, and administrative support experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer needs and equipment service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders for capital equipment while partnering with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
• Manage customer technical support needs and provide timely service
• Oversee service and repair coordination for capital equipment
• Monitor service and repair activity within the ServiceMax database
• Manage equipment loaners, invoicing, evaluations, and trade-out processes
• Assist with support for new product launches and related marketing needs
• Follow company guidelines, protocols, and policies to ensure compliance
• Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer support throughout the order and service lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong data entry, typing, and proofreading abilities
• Ability to solve basic math problems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP, or similar systems preferred
• Prior experience in customer care, order processing, technical support, or service coordination preferred
