Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

• Preparation of asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Management of general ledger accounts, as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment transactions.
• Documentation of accounting entries according to group standards.
• Handling of all tax issues.
• Preparation of P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow and notes.
• Entering of data into reporting system (IDL).
• Carry out cash management, cash forecasts and look after financing matters.
• Ensure accurate reporting including inventory and GR/IR matters.
• SAP Plant process owner for FI.
• Ensure compliance with local financial legal requirements as well as with internal control guidelines/
• Preparation of audit related documents.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Interaction Required: Within the company and Externally

• All Internal Departments
• External Vendors, contractors, and transportation personnel.

• Sitting, Standing, and Repeated Hand Motion

Environmental Conditions:

• Uncontrolled temperatures: (heat/cold) production area
• Controlled Temperatures: Offices, Labs
• Exposure to Noise, Dust, Oil/Solvent Fumes

Educational Background Required:

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance / accounting
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 2 years of experience within a fast-paced, international business environment.

Skills, Training

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in plant accountant, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
