Admin Clerk
Job Summary Ignite Industrial Professinals is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer support.
Duties
- Organizes and maintains files, correspondence, records, and follows up on pending matters.
- Assist with preparing regular reports, gathering and summarizing data.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Produce correspondence, reports and presentations using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Experience
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years' relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Warehouse experience
- Logistics experience
