Aria Restaurant is seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher/Steward to join our award-winning culinary team. For more than 25 years, Aria has been recognized as one of Atlanta's premier fine dining restaurants, known for warm hospitality, thoughtful cuisine, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Our dishwashers are an essential part of our success. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dish area throughout service.
- Keep kitchen floors, drains, trash areas, and workstations clean and safe.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas when needed.
- Support chefs and cooks with basic prep or cleaning tasks as requested.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently during busy dinner services while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Team-first attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed.
