Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Atlanta, GA . This role involves safely operating a tow truck to assist stranded motorists, transport vehicles, and provide roadside assistance. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and has experience in vehicle recovery and towing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a flatbed or wrecker tow truck to tow or recover vehicles
• Respond to dispatch calls for roadside assistance, accident recoveries, and vehicle transportation
• Secure and transport vehicles without damage, following company and state regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in stressful situations
• Perform basic roadside assistance such as jump-starts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery
• Maintain accurate records of towed vehicles, mileage, and service reports
• Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure a smooth and secure tow
• Perform routine truck inspections and maintenance checks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Georgia CDL or tow truck operator license (preferred)
• Towing certification (Towing and Recovery Association of America - TRAA) or ability to obtain
• Prior experience as a tow truck driver or in roadside assistance (preferred)
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
