CDL-A Truck Driver Dry Van No Touch

Position summary: 10-4 Logistics USA seeks a reliable CDL-A truck driver for a regional dry van, 100% no-touch freight position. The truck driver will operate assigned routes with an emphasis on safety, on-time delivery, and professional communication.

Freight type: Dry van, 100% no-touch

• Compensation: 60–70 cents per mile (cpm); estimated annual pay consistent with regional expectations
• Home time: Two days every other week (bi-weekly)
• Average weekly miles: Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week
• Equipment: Late-model tractors; automatic transmissions; fleet-maintained units

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial motor vehicles as a professional truck driver in full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport dry van freight on assigned regional routes, meeting scheduled pick-up and delivery windows and customer requirements.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify and promptly report defects or maintenance needs.
• Accurately maintain required driving records and logs, including electronic logging device (ELD) entries or other company-mandated recordkeeping.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members; follow routing and load instructions as provided.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage or loss and follow all applicable handling procedures for dry van freight.
• Report accidents, incidents, delays, and any safety or compliance issues immediately and cooperate with investigations and corrective actions.
• Represent the company professionally while on duty, maintaining appropriate appearance and conduct when interacting with customers and the public.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Experience: Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 24 months
• Ability to meet DOT medical requirements and to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug and alcohol screenings
• Safe driving record and demonstrated adherence to industry safety standards

Preferred qualifications:

• Regional driving experience
• Familiarity with ELD systems and electronic dispatch communication
• Previous experience operating late-model automatic tractors
