Industrial Maintenance Manager

Randstad is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Manager for a local client located in Milledgeville. salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1. Plan, schedule, oversee and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance
activities for production equipment and facilities using appropriate tools.
2. Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned
downtime and extend equipment life.
3. Diagnose complex equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs to restore
production operations.
4. Coordinate with production, management, and maintenance teams to schedule
maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
5. Oversee vendor and contractor relationships; obtain quotes, review work quality,
and ensure compliance with safety standards.
6. Maintain accurate maintenance records including equipment history, work orders,
parts inventory, and inspection logs.
7. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, company safety
policies, and environmental standards.
8. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment
reliability and operational efficiency.
9. Manage spare parts and coordinate procurement of equipment, tools, and
materials.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
