Insurance Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most by offering tailored life insurance and annuity solutions

This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential within a structured, system-supported platform.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business by working company-provided fresh, warm digital leads, including options with $0 upfront lead cost (based on program participation)

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
  • Present and recommend appropriate insurance products (Term, IUL, Whole Life, FinalExpense, Annuities)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
  • Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance using a digital platform
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity inCRM and AI-based systems
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated , goal-oriented, competitive mindset
  • Ability to build trust and explain financial products in simple terms
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license (if required)
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required (structured training provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
  • Active insurance license
  • Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
