HR Associate / Specialist

The HR Associate / Specialist will support a wide range of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, including recruitment, training & development, HR policy planning, and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (Korean & English), and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings and candidate sourcing

• Manage end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviews, and onboarding

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience

Training & Development

• Plan and coordinate training programs by job function (e.g., Sales, Staff)

• Organize both online and offline training sessions

• Track attendance, participation, and training effectiveness

HR Planning & Policy

• Support development and operation of HR policies, systems, and programs aligned with business goals

• Assist in HR data management, reporting, and compliance-related tasks

General Affairs Support

• Manage company assets such as vehicles, mobile devices, and IT equipment

• Oversee housing arrangements and lease contract management

• Provide administrative and onboarding support for dispatched employees (soft-landing support)

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• 2–6 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative/clerical roles

• Experience in employment processes, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and payroll processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in Korean & English (required)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional communication skills (phone and in-person)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

• Team-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude

• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
