HR Associate / Specialist
The HR Associate / Specialist will support a wide range of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, including recruitment, training & development, HR policy planning, and administrative support. The role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual communication (Korean & English), and the ability to manage multiple HR processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings and candidate sourcing
Manage end-to-end hiring process: screening, interviews, and onboarding
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive recruitment experience
Training & Development
Plan and coordinate training programs by job function (e.g., Sales, Staff)
Organize both online and offline training sessions
Track attendance, participation, and training effectiveness
HR Planning & Policy
Support development and operation of HR policies, systems, and programs aligned with business goals
Assist in HR data management, reporting, and compliance-related tasks
General Affairs Support
Manage company assets such as vehicles, mobile devices, and IT equipment
Oversee housing arrangements and lease contract management
Provide administrative and onboarding support for dispatched employees (soft-landing support)
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
2–6 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative/clerical roles
Experience in employment processes, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and payroll processes
Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual in Korean & English (required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional communication skills (phone and in-person)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Team-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
