KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Tax - Ignition (SAP) to join our Tax Ignition practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key business development activities for enterprise resource planning (ERP-S/4HANA) advisory products, including targeting key C- level clients, proposing services, and closing opportunities on SAP engagements with a focus on S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, COPA, fixed assets, withholding taxes, intercompany, Datasphere, PaPM, BW)
  • Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging SAP services and helping to ensure timely execution of project deliverables
  • Establish client value propositions that tie financial metrics to tax operations system improvement
  • Participate in the continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings
  • Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people management decisions
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical and business specifications
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent external management consulting experience providing SAP advisory services, specific to SAP Finance, Datasphere, PaPM, BW, SAP HANA-SQL/ABAP, S/4HANA, PaPM to clients across multiple industries; consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a preferred; a minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA, in addition to others on KPMG's approved credential listing; any individual who does not possess at least one of the approved designations/credentials when their employment commences, has one year from their date of hire to obtain at least one of the approved designations/credentials; should you like to see the complete list of currently approved designations/credentials for the hiring practice/service line, your recruiter can provide you with that list
  • Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
