What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals and families tounderstand their financial protection needs.
  
• Present and sell term, whole, and universallife insurance products from top-rated carriers.
  
• Manage your own pipeline, schedule, and clientfollow-up.
  
• Stay current on products, underwritingguidelines, and industry best practices.
  
• Optional: Recruit, mentor, and lead a teamof your own agents and earn overrides on theirproduction.

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable withcommission-based income.

• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, andthe discipline to work independently.
  
• Sales experience is a plus but notrequired; character and drive matter more.
  
• Commission-only, independent contractor(1099).
  
• First-year commissions, renewals, and residualincome on persisting policies.Note: this varies by products sold.
  
• Override and bonus structure for teamleaders.
  
• No base salary or draw - your effortdirectly determines your earnings.
