Position Responsibilities

• Build professional relationships through platforms including LinkedIn and Zoom
• Support outreach initiatives aligned with career and leadership-focused projects
• Work independently while operating within established systems, workflows, and compliance standards

This role combines flexibility with a structured operational framework and ongoing support.

Professional Experience

Applicants should demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture environments
• Experience supporting candidate engagement, employee development, or workforce initiatives
• Strong communication and relationship-building capability
• Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms
• High levels of organisation, accountability, and professional maturity
