- Is already, or willing to be, properly licensed in Property and Casualty & Life and Health
- Quote coverage that meets customers needs and apply the knowledge that you have learned to become an expert in insurance products. Advise customers what coverage fits their needs and help tailor products to cover what they have worked hard for.
- Apply sales practices: call on leads and speak to people who are actively looking for insurance. Follow up with prospects that you have spoken with, and meet monthly sales requirements.
- Build lasting relationships: we are not looking to just compare prices. We want to get to know our customers on a personal level and be in a position to build on that relationship for a long period of time.
- Become an expert: we are not expecting you to come into the business knowing everything there is to know about insurance and we are here to teach you! You will utilize training and resources to become a professional in the industry.
- Optional: Become an Agent Aspirant- if you choose to take the path of opening your own business then you will be provided with one on one training to learn the business side of agency. Marketing, finances, hiring, management, creating a business plan, etc. will be taught so as to prepare you to put your own name on the door!
