SilverSwing ABA is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinic Director! Board Certified Behavior Analyst LBA (BCBA) Compensation:
Pay Range: $85-105K
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans on an as needed basis.
Manage and assist with setup and hiring for new ABA clinic.
Oversee and manage BCBAs and RBTs.
Assist with growth of the ABA clinic.
Job will require a billable caseload with opportunity to lessen as clinic grows.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Location: Augusta GA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst LBA certification required.
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.
