Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 17 Weeks Shift: 12H Nights Thurs-Sun Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Current RN License required Certifications: BLS Certification, NIHSS required Must-Have: C-section experience required Flexibility with changing assignments during the shift Description: The role requires nursing professionals who are adept in a fast-paced environment. You will provide care to patients on various units, including Medical Surgical. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:6. The work schedule is Thursday through Sunday on a blocked schedule. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities. A commitment to patient care and safety is essential. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Flexibility is required as there may be changes in assignments during shifts. The ability to float to other areas as needed is also important. This position entails caring for a diverse patient population with various diagnoses.
