Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with clients to fully understand their staffing needs and specific job qualifications.
• Develop and execute diverse sourcing strategies, including posting on job boards and leveraging social media, to attract a wide pool of candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to create shortlists of suitable individuals for clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and candidates, managing communications and coordinating interview schedules.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed information about the role and company culture.
• Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong business relationships to ensure ongoing partnerships.
• Keep detailed records of all applicants, including their resumes and interview evaluations, in an applicant tracking system.
• Assist with administrative duties related to hiring, such as gathering right-to-work documentation and liaising with clients to ensure timely timesheet approvals for payroll.
