In this role, you will operate and maintain collating machines to assemble printed materials into complete sets according to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor collating machines.

• Review job tickets and ensure accuracy of materials being collated.

• Perform quality checks to confirm proper sequence, completeness, and alignment.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.

• Keep work area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

• Assist with packaging, stacking, and preparing finished jobs for shipment.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in collating, finishing, or printing operations preferred (training available).

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to stand for 810 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Team-oriented with solid communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
