Ecommerce Analyst - Textiles
Location: Calhoun, GA (Working Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven Ecommerce Analyst with experience in textiles, rugs, curtains, or home furnishings' ecommerce. You’ll analyze online sales, customer behavior, and market trends to drive smarter strategies and stronger performance. If you’ve worked in a similar environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
- Track ecommerce KPIs: conversion rates, bounce rates, AOV, CAC, and more.
- Build and manage reports/dashboards to measure site and campaign performance.
- Lead A/B testing and usability efforts to improve shopping experience.
- Work closely with marketing, UX/UI, and product teams to enhance engagement.
- Identify opportunities in SEO, paid ads, and digital marketing optimization.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Deliver competitor and market trend analysis to support strategy.
- Partner with IT/dev teams to ensure clean data flow and platform performance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
- Ecommerce analytics experience in textiles, rugs, curtains, or similar products.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
- Experience with platforms: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Background in digital marketing analytics: SEO, PPC, social media performance.
- Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in communicating insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments and multitasking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
- Certified in Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Previous experience at ecommerce companies like Wayfair or Overstock.
