What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and schedule 15-20 line cooks and prep staff daily
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency standards
- Order inventory, manage usage, and control food costs aggressively
- Ensure restaurant passes every health and safety inspection
- Drive kitchen speed and accuracy to meet cover counts and ticket times
What We're Looking For
- Three-plus years managing high-volume kitchen operations independently
- Hands-on line cook background with current food handler certification
- Proven success building, hiring, and developing kitchen teams
- Meticulous attention to inventory, costs, and waste reduction
- Stamina and positive energy to lead through lunch and dinner rush
