What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform complete acrylic bathroom remodel installations , including:
  • Shower and tub systems
  • Wall panels, fixtures, and accessories
• Apply trade skills in carpentry, trim work, and light plumbing
• Follow company installation standards to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain clean, organized, and respectful job sites in customers’ homes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members
• Accurately complete required documentation and job photos
• Manage tools, materials, and vehicle inventory to remain job-ready
• Represent Palmetto Bath with professionalism on every installation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • Bathroom remodeling
  • Carpentry, construction, or residential renovation
• Proficiency using hand and power tools and measurement equipment
• Basic plumbing experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team
• Personal enclosed trailer and professional tools required

Preferred Experience (Strong Advantage)

• Acrylic bath or shower system installation
• Bathroom or kitchen remodeling
• Finish or trim carpentry
• Flooring installation
• General residential construction
• Active Georgia contractor’s license
