Position Overview:Trophy Point is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist with a strong background in HubSpot and digital marketing systems to lead the technical side of our marketing and investor engagement efforts. This person will own and optimize our marketing automation, sales funnels, campaign delivery, borrower and investor communications, and lead generation systems. The ideal candidate has deep experience with HubSpot, understands the customer journey from first touch to conversion, and can implement scalable, data-driven systems to support growth.
Core Responsibilities: HubSpot Management & Optimization (MANDATORY – 3+ years)- Own end-to-end HubSpot administration and strategy.
- Set up and optimize workflows, sequences, custom fields, pipelines, deal stages, and integrations.
- Manage and improve lead-nurturing automations for borrowers and investors.
- Collaborate with the Lending Team to generate top of funnel leads and ensure those leads are converting at a rate that meets company sales goals.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure the investor journey and communication flows are clear and effective.
- Build and manage marketing and sales funnels (email, web, landing pages).
- Track and report funnel metrics, including conversion rates and lead scoring.
- Assist in setting up A/B testing and performance tracking across campaigns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, email performance, and user engagement.
- Create performance dashboards in HubSpot (and Google Analytics if needed).
- Deliver actionable insights to improve ROI on all marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and developer to manage the integration of marketing tools with the website and investor portal.
- Ensure syncing and functionality between HubSpot, CRM, investor portal, and other platforms.
- Maintain database health, segment contacts, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Manage email campaigns and investor outreach sequences.
- Support creation of client-facing newsletters and event email invites.
- Ensure brand consistency and technical delivery across communications.
- Make recommendations for marketing tools and technology improvements.
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs for HubSpot and funnel processes.
- MANDATORY: 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub experience.
- 3+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation in a B2B or financial services setting.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and digital campaign management.
- Comfortable working with website CMS systems (preferably WordPress) and investor portal tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with investor communication, real estate, private lending, or financial services is a plus.
- Self-starter, process-driven, and performance-focused.
