Job Schedule: Candidate allowed to work 100% remote; would be nice if candidate was local and able to come into office as needed.

Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of the Labeling Operations Manager is proofreading of US, EU and CCDS labeling documents and artwork using compliance and quality checklists and document comparison software. The Labeling Operations manager will also perform a variety of other labeling operations tasks which may include, but are not limited to: maintenance of distribution lists, management of documents in an electronic document management system, compliance tracking and reporting, labeling systems management, management of drug listing and establishment information in SPL and creation or update of labeling sections of US and EU required Reports.

• A high level of skill in written English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
• Experience with proofreading of pharmaceutical labeling
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 61-$83/hr
