Our Guest Service Representatives are the primary source of contact with all of our guests. Whether it's face-to-face when guests arrive at our Welcome Center or answering phones when guests call to make a reservation, you are often the first impression our guests have of Talona Ridge. Your hospitality and professionalism goes a long way towards shaping the overall guest experience.

As a Talona Ridge Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assisting with making and changing reservations
• Collecting and processing payment information
• Being knowledgable of resort policies and procedures and helping implement them
• Providing excellent customer service to a diverse guest population
• A variety of administrative tasks ranging from assembling welcome packets, to coordinating golf cart rental contracts.
• Retail sales in our General Store which includes stocking and inventory of a variety of merchandise, as well as the sale of that merchandise (firewood, snacks, t-shirts, tumblers, etc).
• Light housekeeping related to the overall cleanliness of the Welcome Center, Grandview Hall and Owls Landing centers (dusting, vacuuming, care of the employee kitchen, maintaining bathrooms, tables and seating areas, etc.)
• Front of House service in Talons Bar and Grill
• Transportation of Food and Drinks to our amenity areas and sites
• Early Bird coffee shop shifts
• In addition to these primary responsibilities, our Guest Service Representatives may be cross-trained to serve in other areas as needed - such as helping facilitate various activities and events for our guests, providing concierge services when guests arrive, and more.

Schedule:

• Although our Welcome Center is open from 9am-6pm, Guest Service shifts involve working as late as 10pm on nights when we have special events, scheduled activities, or extended restaurant hours.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
